FOUNDER STACEY SHERRILL
Stacey Sherrill is a television and film producer and director, born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A business management major who then turned to study acting at The Wilma Theater while working as a Media Arts Analyst in one of Philadelphia’s largest Healthcare Networks directing and editing training and promotional videos and working on multiple indie films where she held various production positions from Production Assistant to Script Supervisor in her early career. Stacey worked on award-winning projects for the Hypefest Film Festival in Hollywood, infomercials for HSN and a television show for the Showtime Network. In 2010 she went on to start her very own production company, S-Type Productions, Inc.
A film production management company, providing various production crew and staff positions to filmmakers, musicians and some corporate industries. As an advocate for youth, Stacey Sherrill is part owner of Project S.T.E.A.M. LLC and has teamed up with Ethical Music Entertainment to produce content for the Rage Against the Ratchet Campaign and even produced music videos that you can find on MTV. In 2015 Stacey Sherrill produced and technically directed the stage play titled ‘The Urban Noir Project’ that made it’s run at Philadelphia’s own Wilma Theater. She is currently studying Film & Media Arts at Temple University, producing a television show for one of Philadelphia’s local broadcast stations, working with various production companies to produce new television and film content and is in the process of writing her first feature-length film.
